Theabove photograph is of a Batching Plant Facility that we designed, fabricated and installed to meet our
customers specific requirements at their site in Nottingham.
Shown in the photograph are some
examples of the type of work we carry out for our customers such as:

Ladders, Safety Cages, Safety Guarding.
* Coveyor Systems, Radial Conveyors, Batch Conveyors, Weigh Conveyors.
* Hoppers, Ground Hoppers, Feed Hoppers, Aggregate Storage Hoppers.
* Silo's complete with, Dust Collectors,
Pressure Relief Valves, Air Pads.

Site Work
Our site operatives have attended courses for site safety and safe working with CSCS, CITB, ECITB, EPIC and hold qualifications
and certification for Site Supervisors or Erectors, Access Platform Operators and Slinger/Banksmen.

Stages of Work
After receipt of an order and following agreement of customer requirements we carry out a full site survey.
Once the site survey is completed our drawing and design team can produce layout drawings and foundation plans that
are submitted for customer approval.
After customer approval of the layout/foundation plans our fabrication
drawings are prepared and these are also submitted for customer approval prior to fabrication.
After
customer approval of the fabrication drawings fabrication is commenced.
Surface Treatment of the steel is
carried out to customer specfication on the completion of the fabrication.
Delivery of the fabricated steelwork
is then made to site.
Installation on site by our erection team is then completed.
Snagging lists are prepared in some instances and any rectification work required is carried out by our on site erection
team.
We are available to carry out work 24 hours a day, 7 days aweek, 363 days of the year.
