The Stages of Contract
After receipt of order and agreement of customer requirements we carry out a full site survey. Once the site survey
is completed our drawing and design team can produce layout drawings and foundation plans that are submitted
for customer approval. On approval of these drawing fabrication drawings are prepared and these are also submitted
for customer approval. After customer approval of the fabrication drawings fabrication is commenced. Surface Treatment
of the steel is carried out to customer specfication on the completion of the fabrication. Delivery of the fabricated
steelwork is then made to site. Installation by our trained site erection staff then completes the contract.
Snagging lists are prepared in some instances and any rectification work required is carried out by our site erection staff.
